It was super disappointing to stay in Argos during our holiday in Cappadocia. I took my parents and husband there and paid for two Deluxe rooms at a pretty expensive rate. The following things were what we found appalling, 1. My husband had one shirt and two underwear washed and the bill came out to be 45 turkish lira (£20). Thought that was a bit pricey for what was washed!! 2. We organised wake up calls at 4.30am for our hot air balloon rides and neither rooms received any wake up calls. 3. Argos organised airport pick up (minivan for 4 people) for us via email before our arrival for 68 TL. When I requested the same airport transfer to be organised on the way back to the airport, I was told it'll be roughly 50 TL in total. However, on the last day, a small taxi arrived saying it'll be 150 TL. It was tiny and we almost couldn't fit all our luggages in the boot. The hotel said they can cancel and call for a cheaper and bigger one but we were too worried we'd miss our flight so went along with it. Overall the experience at this hotel was very bad. It was not worth the money to stay here. The staff were not that helpful, and to double charge us for the taxi left us a really bitter taste when we departed. We most definitely will not stay at this hotel again. The deluxe rooms were very simple and the Wifi didn't work at all where we stayed. So I had to constantly run to the main office to check my emails. We stayed at a really nice boutique hotel in Istanbul (The House Hotel Galatasaray) and the rates were significantly cheaper with way nicer rooms and service. One last thing, the service at the restaurant in the hotel was horrible. While eating breakfast there we saw 3 tables that made complaints so we didn't bother making complaints ourselves as we felt sorry for the staff having to deal with that many complaints already.

The views from our room were amazing, especially in the mornings with the hot air balloons floating by. Our family enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread and the fine terrace views while relaxing.
In my kids' opinion, it would be great if the hotel had more accessible paths for easier navigation.

Elegance and design
Lighting in room was poor and provision of toiletries was chintzy: one small bar of soap for both sink and shower.
